April 18, 2022: New Carlisle, IN 46552 Spectators at Monday's league battle between the New Prairie Cougars (New Carlisle, IN) and the visiting South Bend Adams Eagles (South Bend, IN), saw New Prairie's baseball squad knock off South Bend Adams by a count of 6-1.
Coming up next, the Cougars play the Glenn Falcons (Walkerton, IN) in a battle, on Monday, May 9. New Prairie will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
The Eagles now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host South Bend Riley for a battle on Wednesday, April 20. South Bend Adams will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 13-8 non-league loss to Calumet Christian (Griffith, IN). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
