Indiana High School Softball - Seymour bounces Brownstown Central
April 18, 2022: Brownstown, IN 47220 Seymour Owls (Seymour, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Brownstown Central Braves (Brownstown, IN), 14-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Owls now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host New Albany for a Hoosier Hills challenge on Tuesday, April 19. Seymour will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Charlestown (Charlestown, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Brownstown Central falls to 7-2 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Salem (Salem, IN) to battle the Lions in a Mid-Southern challenge on Tuesday, April 19. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 1-3. Salem won 9-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Paoli (Paoli, IN)
