Heritage Hills Patriots (Lincoln City, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Pike Central Chargers (Petersburg, IN), 4-1 in a league test.

With the win, Heritage Hills upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season. The Patriots host North Harrison (Ramsey, IN) to battle the Cougars in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 19. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-6. North Harrison lost 11-9 in their recent league test against Charlestown (Charlestown, IN)

With the defeat, Pike Central falls to 1-5 on the season. The Chargers travel to Eastern Greene (Bloomfield, IN) to battle the Thunderbirds in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 19. The Thunderbirds come into the test with a record of 4-4. Eastern Greene won 10-4 in their recent non-league test against West Washington (Campbellsburg, IN)
