April 18, 2023: Gretna, NE 68028 Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Burke Bulldogs (Omaha, NE) and the host Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE), saw Burke's baseball squad beat Gretna by a margin of 11-3.
Coming up next, the Bulldogs play the Millard West Wildcats (Omaha, NE) in a battle, on Monday, April 24. Burke will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 5-4 record after their 8-7 league win over Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE).
The Dragons now sport a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Millard North for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 22. Gretna will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 13-11 non-league win over Elkhorn North (Elkhorn, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-5.
