North Carolina High School Soccer - Greenville Christian Academy nudges Liberty Christian Academy
April 18, 2023: Richlands, NC 28574 Greenville Christian Academy Knights (Greenville, NC) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Liberty Christian Academy Heat (Richlands, NC), 1-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the Southside Christian Warriors (Clayton, NC) in a NCCSA AA District 3 - East Region challenge, on Thursday, April 20. Greenville Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 3-1 league loss to Wilson Christian Academy (Wilson, NC).
The Heat now have a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Lejeune for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 21. Liberty Christian Academy will confront a Devil Pups team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Wilmington Christian Academy (Wilmington, NC). The Devil Pups record now stands at 6-2.
