Virginia High School Soccer - Warhill knocks off Thomas Jefferson
April 18, 2023: Williamsburg, VA 23188 Warhill Lions (Williamsburg, VA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Thomas Jefferson Vikings (Richmond, VA), 5-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Poquoson Islanders (Poquoson, VA) in a Bay Rivers challenge, on Friday, April 21. Warhill will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Islanders enter the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 3-2 league win over York (Yorktown, VA).
The Vikings now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Kent for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 26.
