Illinois High School Softball - Prosser gets by North Grand
April 18, 2023: Chicago, IL 60639 The Prosser Falcons (Chicago, IL) softball nipped the visiting North Grand Eagle Owls (Chicago, IL), 18-17 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Falcons (5-2) will now prepare for their bout against Jones (Chicago, IL). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 2-11 record. In their last bout, Jones was edged by Whitney Young (Chicago, IL), 15-0, in a league bout.
The Eagle Owls now possess a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Steinmetz College Prep for a Chicago Public Blue bout on Tuesday, April 25. North Grand will confront a Silver Streaks squad coming off a 15-1 league win over Roosevelt (Chicago, IL). The Silver Streaks record now stands at 3-3.
