April 18, 2024: Chesapeake, VA 23323 The Grassfield Grizzlies baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Nansemond River Warriors to 4 in the Grizzlies league victory on Thursday.
The Grizzlies (6-2) will now prepare for their match against King's Fork (Suffolk, VA). The Bulldogs go into the Southeastern match with a 2-8 record.
The Warriors (3-9) will now prepare for their match against Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA). The Tigers go into the Southeastern match with a 1-10 record. In their last match, Oscar Smith was edged by Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA), 15-9, in a league match.
