Ohio High School Volleyball - Scott crushed by Northview
April 18, 2024: Toledo, OH 43620 The Northview Wildcats topped the host Scott Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northwest Ohio Classical Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, April 20. Northview will confront a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Springfield (Holland, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.
The Bulldogs (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Steele (Amherst, OH). The Comets enter the non-league test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, Steele gained a win over Campus International (Cleveland, OH), 3-0, in a non-league test.

TOLEDO - Northview traveled to Scott for the first-ever meeting between programs and Northview was victorious in straight sets to move to 9-4 overall.
Leading for Northview was senior outside hitter, Caden Lane, with a team-high 4 kills, and senior outside hitter, Evan Beazley and junior setter, Johnny Krolak, who both added 3 kills; Krolak dished out 12 assists as well. Northview received one attacking point from nine different Cats on the day. Senior Addison Suon (6) and freshman Gavin Smith (5) led the Cats in aces and senior John Richmond paced the way with a team-high 6 digs.
Northview returns to action on Saturday as they return home to face Northwest Ohio Classical Academy at 11:00 A.M.
