In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Toms River North Mariners lacrosse squad scored a good 22-11 victory over the Howell Rebels.

The Mariners now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Regional for a Shore - Colonial match on Tuesday, April 23. Toms River North will play a Golden Eagles team coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Long Branch (Long Branch, NJ). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-4.
