April 18, 2024: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Oakland Christian Lancers (Auburn Hills, MI) and the visiting Lutheran Northwest Crusaders (Rochester Hills, MI), saw Oakland Christian's soccer squad triumph over Lutheran Northwest by a margin of 9-1.
The Lancers now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Foley for a non-league test on Saturday, April 20. Oakland Christian will meet a Ventures squad coming off a 2-2 non-league Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Ventures record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Lutheran Northwest drops to 2-2 on the season. The Crusaders host Inter-City Baptist (Allen Park, MI) to meet the Chargers in a Michigan Independent - Blue test on Tuesday, April 23. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 2-1. Inter-City Baptist won 8-0 in their recent league test against Clarenceville (Livonia, MI)
