April 18, 2024: Due West, SC 29639 Saluda Tigers (Saluda, SC) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Dixie Hornets (Due West, SC), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Mid-Carolina Rebels (Prosperity, SC) in a challenge, on Friday, April 19. Saluda will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 2-1 league loss to Saluda (Saluda, SC).
The Hornets now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Belton-Honea Path for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 19. Dixie will confront a Bears team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Wren (Piedmont, SC). The Bears record now stands at 2-12.
