Washington High School Soccer - Lynden Christian knocks off Lakewood
April 18, 2024: Arlington, WA 98223 Lynden Christian Lyncs (Lynden, WA) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Lakewood Cougars (Arlington, WA), 9-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lyncs confront the Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 19. Lynden Christian will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Blaine (Blaine, WA).
The Cougars now possess a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount Vernon for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 23. Lakewood will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-3 non-league Sehome (Bellingham, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-1.
