Iowa High School Soccer - Van Meter knocks off Panorama
April 18, 2024: Van Meter, IA 50261 Van Meter Bulldogs (Van Meter, IA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Panorama Panthers (Panora, IA), 10-0 in a league test.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to West Central Valley for a non-league test on Monday, April 22. Van Meter will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over East Sac County (Lake View, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Panorama drops to 2-4 on the season. The Panthers host Des Moines North (Des Moines, IA) to meet the Polar Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, April 20. The Polar Bears come into the test with a record of 5-3. Des Moines North lost 6-3 in their recent non-league test against Urbandale (Urbandale, IA)
