Illinois High School Softball - Orr holds off Foreman
April 18, 2024: Chicago, IL 60624 Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Orr Spartans (Chicago, IL) and the visiting Foreman Hornets (Chicago, IL), witnessed Orr's softball squad tip Foreman by a count of 13-11.
The Spartans now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Chicago Sullivan for a Chicago Public Blue North match on Tuesday, April 23. Orr will face a Tigers squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Ogden International (Chicago, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Foreman moves to 2-1 on the season. The Hornets travel to Collins (Chicago, IL) to face the Warriors in a Chicago Public Blue North match on Monday, April 22. The Warriors go into the match with a record of 3-2. Collins lost 7-0 in their recent league match against Intrinsic (Chicago, IL)
