Missouri High School Baseball - Battle loses to Jackson

In Friday's non-league bout, the Jackson Fighting Indians (Jackson, MO) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Battle Spartans (Columbia, MO), by a tally of 10-3.

Next up, the Fighting Indians encounter the Truman Patriots (Independence, MO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 19. Jackson will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Patriots enter the bout with a 9-11 record after their 10-2 non-league loss to Nixa (Nixa, MO).

The Spartans (7-10) will now prepare for their bout against St. Elizabeth (St. Elizabeth, MO). The Hornets enter the non-league bout with a 7-6 record. In their last bout, St. Elizabeth was overwhelmed by Staley (Kansas City, MO), 10-5, in a non-league bout.
