New York High School Baseball - Hilton defeats Canandaigua Academy
April 18, 2025: Canandaigua, NY 14424 The Hilton Cadets baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Canandaigua Academy Braves to 3 in the Cadets non-league win on Friday.
The Cadets now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Spencerport for a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. Hilton will play a Rangers team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Irondequoit (Rochester, NY). The Rangers record now stands at 4-2.
With the defeat, Canandaigua Academy drops to 5-3 on the year. The Braves travel to Greece Athena (Rochester, NY) to play the Trojans in a Section 5 Monroe County III test on Monday, April 21. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 4-1. Greece Athena won 8-7 in their recent non-league test against Webster Thomas (Webster, NY)
