The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Parkers Chapel Trojans (El Dorado, AR) and the host Junction City Dragons (Junction City, AR), saw Parkers Chapel's baseball team gain a win over Junction City by a tally of 11-2.

The Trojans (14-1) will now prepare for their battle against Woodlawn (Rison, AR). The Bears enter the 2A Region 8 battle with a 23-5 record.

Next, the Dragons face the Gurdon Go-Devils (Gurdon, AR) in a 2A Region 8 battle, on Monday, April 21. Junction City will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Go-Devils enter the battle with a 4-7 record after their 8-7 league loss to Fordyce (Fordyce, AR).
