The Brighton Bengals volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Mountain Crest Mustangs to 0 in the Bengals non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bengals now have a 9-7 record. They play next when they host West for a 5A Region 6 outing on Tuesday, April 22. Brighton will play a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Olympus (Salt Lake City, UT). The Panthers record now stands at 10-8.

With the loss, Mountain Crest drops to 2-14 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Sky View (Smithfield, UT) to play the Bobcats in a 4A Region 11 outing on Tuesday, April 22.
