In Friday's non-league contest, the host Stoney Creek Cougars lacrosse squad scored a good 15-3 win over the Chippewa Valley Big Reds.

The Cougars (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Seaholm (Birmingham, MI). The Maples enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record.
