April 18, 2025: Rosemount, MN 55068 Rosemount Irish (Rosemount, MN) backers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the visiting Orono Spartans (Long Lake, MN), 14-12 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Rosemount improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Irish travel to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 22. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 0-0.
The Spartans now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Louis Park for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 22. Orono will play a Orioles team coming off a 13-12 non-league win over Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN). The Orioles record now stands at 1-0.
