The Freeman Mavericks lacrosse team (Richmond, VA), was nudged 7-5 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Langley Saxons (McLean, VA)

With the victory, Langley advances its record to 4-6 on the season. The Saxons travel to George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA) to encounter the Statesmen in a Liberty battle on Monday, April 20. The Statesmen come into the battle with a record of 2-3. George C. Marshall lost 17-4 in their recent non-league battle against Chantilly (Chantilly, VA)
