April 19, 2022: Mt. Pulaski, IL 62548 The Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers (Mt. Pulaski, IL) baseball nipped the visiting Heyworth Hornets (Heyworth, IL), 6-5 in Tuesday's non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Hilltoppers play the Illini Bluffs Tigers (Glasford, IL) in a Inter County contest, on Thursday, April 21. Mt. Pulaski will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 7-6 record after their 2-1 league loss to Midwest Central (Manito, IL).
The Hornets now sport a 5-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Delavan for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 23.
