April 19, 2022: Alhambra, CA 91801 The Alhambra Moors topped the visiting Varsity Opponent volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Moors now have a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Polytechnic for a non-league test on Thursday, April 21. Alhambra will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 9-7.
With the loss, Varsity Opponent drops to 5-30 on the campaign. The travel to Magnolia Science Academy (Santa Ana, CA) to battle the Pirates in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 19. The Pirates come into the contest with a record of 6-7. Magnolia Science Academy lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Pasadena (Pasadena, CA)
