Louisiana High School Softball - Albany bounces Church Point
April 19, 2022: Church Point, LA 70525 Albany Hornets (Albany, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Church Point Bears (Church Point, LA), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Hornets now own a 14-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Beauregard for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 21. Albany will face a Knights squad coming off a 20-0 non-league win over Mansfield (Mansfield, LA). The Knights record now stands at 8-7.
With the loss, Church Point falls to 9-15 on the campaign.
