April 19, 2022: Athens, AL 35611 Athens Bible Trojans (Athens, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Woodville Panthers (Woodville, AL), 21-2 in a league challenge.
The Trojans now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elkmont for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 21. Athens Bible will battle a Red Devils squad coming off a 14-10 non-league win over West Limestone (Lester, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 12-10.
With the loss, Woodville falls to 0-12 on the campaign. The Panthers host Gaylesville (Gaylesville, AL) to battle the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 21. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 5-13. Gaylesville lost 13-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Ider (Ider, AL)
