April 19, 2023: Covington, GA 30014 The Newton Rams baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting South Gwinnett Comets to 0 in the Rams league victory on Wednesday.
The Rams (9-18) will now prepare for their match against South Gwinnett (Snellville, GA). The Comets go into the 7A Area 4 match with a 1-20 record. In their last match, South Gwinnett was overwhelmed by Newton (Covington, GA), 10-0, in a league match.
