In Friday's non-league challenge, the WISH Academy Owls (Los Angeles, CA) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Shalhevet Firehawks (Los Angeles, CA), by a final score of 12-2.

With the win, WISH Academy upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Owls host Hawkins (Los Angeles, CA) to battle the Hawks in a Imperial challenge on Monday, April 22. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Hawkins lost 11-1 in their recent league challenge against Stella High Charter Academy (Los Angeles, CA)

With the defeat, Shalhevet falls to 4-6 on the season. The Firehawks host Environmental Charter (Lawndale, CA) to battle the White Tigers in a Mulholland challenge on Thursday, April 25.
