Washington High School Soccer - Camas nudges Davis
April 19, 2024: Camas, WA 98607 Camas Papermakers (Camas, WA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Davis Pirates (Yakima, WA), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Papermakers confront the Mountain View Thunder (Vancouver, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 22. Camas will attempt to better on its 8-1 season record. The Thunder enter the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Battle Ground (Battle Ground, WA).
The Pirates now have a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wenatchee for a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 challenge on Tuesday, April 23. Davis will confront a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 league win over West Valley (Yakima, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-6.
