April 19, 2025: Fort Worth, TX 76179 Boswell Pioneers (Fort Worth, TX) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Newman Smith Trojans (Carrollton, TX), 6-5 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Boswell advances its record to 25-3 on the season. The Pioneers host Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 6A Region I District 3 match on Tuesday, April 22. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 8-14. Lake Ridge lost 5-0 in their recent non-league match against Martin (Arlington, TX)
The Trojans now have a 8-19 record.
