April 19, 2025: Melvindale, MI 48122 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Melvindale Cardinals (Melvindale, MI) and the visiting Canton Preparatory Chargers (Canton, MI), saw Melvindale's baseball team gain a win over Canton Preparatory by a tally of 10-0.
The Cardinals (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Thurston (Redford, MI). The Eagles enter the Western Wayne battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Thurston prevailed over Ypsilanti (Ypsilanti, MI), 7-5, in a non-league battle.
