The Cowanesque Valley Indians nipped the host Sullivan County Griffins baseball squad by a score of 9-8 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Indians battle the Wellsboro Hornets (Wellsboro, PA) in a Northern Tier - Western outing, on Monday, April 21. Cowanesque Valley will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record. The Hornets come into the outing with a 3-5 record after their 17-0 non-league win over Sayre (Sayre, PA).
