The East Rutherford Cavaliers (Forest City, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Villa Angela-St. Joseph Vikings (Cleveland, OH), 11-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Cavaliers now own a 17-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hendersonville for a Mountain Foothills 7 1A/2A challenge on Tuesday, April 22. East Rutherford will clash with a Bearcats team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC). The Bearcats record now stands at 6-10.

With the defeat, Villa Angela-St. Joseph drops to 3-4 on the year. The Vikings travel to Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA) to clash with the Lakers in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21.
