Wisconsin High School Baseball - Franklin defeats Nicolet
April 19, 2025: Franklin, WI 53132 The Franklin Sabers baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Nicolet Knights to 0 in the Sabers non-league win on Saturday.
The Sabers now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burlington for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22. Franklin will play a Demons team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Westosha Central (Salem, WI). The Demons record now stands at 3-5.
With the defeat, Nicolet drops to 1-7 on the year. The Knights travel to Grafton (Grafton, WI) to play the Black Hawks in a North Shore test on Monday, April 21. The Black Hawks go into the test with a record of 4-2. Grafton lost 13-9 in their recent league test against Whitefish Bay (Whitefish Bay, WI)
