April 19, 2025: Verona, NJ 07043 The Verona Hillbillies lacrosse team (Verona, NJ), was overwhelmed 13-5 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Glen Ridge Ridgers (Glen Ridge, NJ)
With the victory, Glen Ridge advances its record to 2-5 on the season. The Ridgers travel to Johnson (Clark, NJ) to encounter the Crusaders in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 23. The Crusaders come into the battle with a record of 2-4.
The Hillbillies now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paramus for a non-league battle on Monday, April 21. Verona will encounter a Spartans team coming off a 11-9 non-league win over Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 7-1.
