April 19, 2025: Evart, MI 49631 Evart Wildcats (Evart, MI) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Morley Stanwood Mohawks (Morley, MI), 11-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Evart improves its record to 6-0 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Manton (Manton, MI) to play the Rangers in a Highland game on Tuesday, April 22. The Rangers enter the game with a record of 0-0.
The Mohawks now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Kent City for a Central State Activities Association-Gold game on Monday, April 21. Morley Stanwood will play a Eagles squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over North Muskegon (North Muskegon, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
