Texas High School Baseball - McCallum defeats Cedar Ridge
April 2, 2022: Round Rock, TX 78683 McCallum Knights (Austin, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Cedar Ridge Raiders (Round Rock, TX), 17-11 in a non-league test.
With the win, McCallum upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Knights travel to Navarro (Austin, TX) to battle the Vikings in a 5A Region III District 17 test on Tuesday, April 26. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 6-8.
With the defeat, Cedar Ridge falls to 5-10 on the season. The Raiders host Vandegrift (Austin, TX) to battle the Vipers in a 6A Region IV District 25 test on Tuesday, April 5. The Vipers come into the test with a record of 6-7. Vandegrift lost 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Georgetown (Georgetown, TX)
