California High School Volleyball - Bell can't hold off Mendez
April 2, 2022: Bell, CA 90201 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Mendez Jaguars volleyball team scored a tight 1-0 triumph over the Bell Eagles.
The Jaguars (15-7) will now prepare for their battle against Math & Science College Preparatory (Los Angeles, CA). The Sharks come into the non-league battle with a 11-1 record. In their last battle, Math & Science College Preparatory nudged Manual Arts (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Eagles encounter the South East Jaguars (South Gate, CA) in a Eastern battle, on Thursday, April 7. Bell will attempt to advance on its 4-8 season record. The Jaguars come into the battle with a 14-9 record after their 3-0 league win over Garfield (Los Angeles, CA).
