The Verdugo Hills Dons volleyball team (Tujunga, CA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA)

The Toreadors (16-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Vaughn (San Fernando, CA). The White Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 10-8 record. In their last challenge, Vaughn nipped East Valley (North Hollywood, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
