April 2, 2022: Champaign, IL 61821 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Dunlap Eagles (Dunlap, IL) and the host Centennial Chargers (Champaign, IL), saw Dunlap's soccer squad triumph over Centennial by a count of 5-0.
The Eagles now hold a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Washington for a Mid-Illini test on Tuesday, April 5. Dunlap will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Glenwood (Chatham, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Centennial drops to 1-3 on the season. The Chargers host Bloomington (Bloomington, IL) to meet the Purple Raiders in a Big Twelve test on Tuesday, April 5.
