Rifle Bears (Rifle, CO) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Montezuma-Cortez Panthers (Cortez, CO), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bears confront the Ridgway Demons (Ridgway, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 5. Rifle will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Demons enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Montezuma-Cortez (Cortez, CO).
