Pennsylvania High School Softball - Catasauqua bounces Saucon Valley
April 2, 2022: Hellertown, PA 18055 The Catasauqua Rough Riders routed the host Saucon Valley Panthers softball squad by a final score of 15-6 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Rough Riders (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Panther Valley (Lansford, PA). The Panthers go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Panther Valley was routed by Shenandoah Valley (Shenandoah, PA), 13-9, in a league battle.
The Panthers now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Notre Dame-Green Pond for a Colonial - East battle on Monday, April 4. Saucon Valley will confront a Crusaders squad coming off a 14-6 non-league loss to Northwestern Lehigh (New Tripoli, PA). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-3.
