Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Branford drops to Guilford
April 2, 2024: Branford, CT 06405 In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Guilford Grizzlies lacrosse squad scored a good 17-3 victory over the Branford Hornets.
The Grizzlies now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hall for a non-league test on Friday, April 5. Guilford will face a Titans squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Wethersfield (Wethersfield, CT). The Titans record now stands at 1-0.
In their next game, the Hornets face the Lyman Hall Trojans (Wallingford, CT) in a Southern Connecticut test, on Thursday, April 4. Branford will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 11-8 league loss to Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT).
