April 2, 2025: Middlesboro, KY 40965 The Hancock County Indians baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host Middlesboro Yellowjackets to 8 in the Indians non-league win on Wednesday.
The Indians now hold a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they host Austin-East for a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. Hancock County will play a Roadrunners team coming off a 23-1 league loss to Gatlinburg-Pittman (Gatlinburg, TN). The Roadrunners record now stands at 0-13.
With the defeat, Middlesboro drops to 0-5 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Cumberland Gap (Cumberland Gap, TN) to play the Panthers in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9.
