April 2, 2025: Pueblo, CO 81008 La Junta Tigers (La Junta, CO) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Pueblo Centennial Bulldogs (Pueblo, CO), 7-3 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, La Junta advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Lamar (Lamar, CO) to battle the Thunder in a match on Monday, April 7. The Thunder come into the match with a record of 1-4. Lamar lost 4-3 in their recent non-league match against Rye (Rye, CO)
The Bulldogs now have a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pueblo Central for a non-league match on Monday, April 7. Pueblo Centennial will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-0.
