The Central Catholic Buttons lacrosse team (San Antonio, TX), was overwhelmed 19-6 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Smithson Valley Rangers (Spring Branch, TX)

With the victory, Smithson Valley advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Rangers host Anderson (Austin, TX) to encounter the Trojans in a Division II - San Antonio battle on Saturday, April 5. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 4-4.

The Buttons now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Houston Christian for a non-league battle on Friday, April 11.
