In Thursday's non-league game, the host Dixie Heights Colonels baseball team scored a close 4-2 win over the Scott Eagles.

The Colonels (5-5) will now prepare for their match against Ludlow (Ludlow, KY). The Panthers come into the District 34 match with a 5-3 record.
