In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting St. Rita Mustangs baseball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Neumann Celtics.

With the triumph, St. Rita advances its record to 5-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL) to battle the Bengals in a non-league match on Monday, April 6. The Bengals come into the match with a record of 5-3. Oak Forest won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL)
