New Jersey High School Baseball - Summit sneaks past The Pingry School
April 2, 2026: Summit, NJ 07091 The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) and the visiting The Pingry School Big Blue (Martinsville, NJ), saw Summit's baseball team get by The Pingry School by a tally of 8-7.
The Hilltoppers (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Westfield (Westfield, NJ). The Blue Devils enter the UCC - Watchung battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Westfield held off Cranford (Cranford, NJ), 7-6, in a league battle.
Next, the Big Blue face the Warren Hills Regional Blue Streaks (Washington, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 7. The Pingry School will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
