The Marcellus Mustangs (Marcellus, NY) softball routed the visiting Jackson County Generals (McKee, KY), 12-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Homer for a Section 3 Liberty 1 test on Tuesday, April 7.

The Generals (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH). The Chieftains go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record.
